Job Title : Senior Associate – Sales & Academic Counselling (NEET PG / FMGE / INICET)

About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Associate who can drive sales through impactful academic counselling for NEET PG, FMGE, and INICET aspirants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical education ecosystem and the ability to deliver high-conversion counselling pitches.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Counselling : Engage with NEET PG / FMGE / INICET aspirants through calls, Whatsapp, Email, Chat.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Market Insights : Identify trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to refine pitch and strategies.
- Relationship Building : Build trust with students and parents by addressing academic and career-related queries effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 2–5 years of proven sales or academic counselling experience in medical education platforms.Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of NEET PG, FMGE, and INICET exam patterns, student challenges, and preparation strategies.Language Skills : Proficiency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be a strong advantage.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication with persuasive counselling skills.Mindset : Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping medical aspirants succeed.Qualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate (Medical / Paramedical background preferred but not mandatory).
Prior EdTech or Medical Coaching industry experience is a plus.
