Role Overview :
The Project Manager will lead and manage project management practices within the organization. This role focuses on establishing, maintaining, and improving project management standards, processes, and tools while ensuring successful delivery of key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partneraligning project execution with organizational goals and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Developing and Implementing Project Management Methodologies
Create, update, and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and best practices.Ensure consistent project execution across teams and functions.2. Providing Training and Support
Coach and mentor project teams on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Conduct training sessions to enhance project management capabilities within the organization.3. Promoting Best Practices
Identify and share project management best practices.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.4. Managing Project Portfolio
Oversee the overall project portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and track overall portfolio health.5. Risk Management
Develop and implement risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.Monitor project risks and ensure appropriate escalation and resolution.6. Performance Measurement
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure project performance.Conduct regular project reviews and drive improvements based on performance insights.7. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure effective communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.8. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Drive organizational maturity in project management practices.9. Ensuring Compliance
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements across all projects.Qualifications & Experience :
Experience :
Significant experience in end-to-end project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Education :
Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.Leadership & Interpersonal Skills :
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Excellent negotiation, influencing, and team collaboration skills.Technical & Analytical Skills :
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret project data and make informed decisions.Business Acumen :
Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align projects with organizational goals.Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Industry Knowledge :
