Job descriptionCreate, update, and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and best practices. Ensure consistent project execution across teams and functions. Coach and mentor project teams on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Conduct training sessions to enhance project management capabilities within the organization. Identify and share project management best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee the overall project portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and track overall portfolio health. Develop and implement risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Monitor project risks and ensure appropriate escalation and resolution. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure project performance. Conduct regular project reviews and drive improvements based on performance insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Drive organizational maturity in project management practices. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements across all projects. Significant experience in end-to-end project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and team collaboration skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret project data and make informed decisions. Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align projects with organizational goals. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Experience in the Fintech domain is a strong advantage.
