About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR operations , statutory compliance , and employee life cycle management . You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational culture and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Core HR Operations

• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to exit).
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance appraisal processes and HR analytics.
