Top Sales Performer Wanted
We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. As the first hire in this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the sales motion, playbook, and culture from day one.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in SDR / BDR roles (preferably SaaS or B2B tech) and a proven ability to hit or exceed meeting booking quotas.
You will be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, testing outbound strategies, and feeding back real-world learnings into product and GTM.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and outreach across email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Book qualified meetings with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with founders to refine ICP & messaging
- Develop the SDR playbook for future hires
- Provide customer feedback to product & marketing teams
