Job descriptionTranslate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce development and configuration. Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and document scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other functionalities to meet business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities. Coordinate deployment activities and ensure smooth migration of Salesforce changes from development to production environments. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, addressing any issues or enhancements related to Salesforce systems. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce CRM implementations. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (DEV402) preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and business processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. The Salesforce BA will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce systems.
