Role Overview :

We are looking for a Tool Room Engineer with strong knowledge of silicone extrusion tooling to manage die design, development, and maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with production, R&D, and QC teams to ensure smooth extrusion performance and accurate product dimensions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop extrusion dies and tooling using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Conduct tool trials, performance checks, and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for new tool development.
• Maintain tool design records and ensure dimensional accuracy through proper QC.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues related to extrusion flow or die alignment.
