Role Overview :
The Manager – Corporate Sales & Outreaches will be responsible for expanding EazyDiner’s corporate partnerships and driving B2B business through strategic outreach. This role involves acquiring new corporate clients, managing key corporate accounts, driving dining program adoption, and building long-term business relationships. You will act as the face of EazyDiner to corporate stakeholders and influencers within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for EazyDiner’s dining programs and benefits.
- Develop and execute corporate outreach strategies to tap into HR, admin, travel, and employee-engagement teams.
- Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers to drive long-term business growth.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured sales plans.Pitch corporate dining solutions, subscription models, and partnership offerings.Collaborate with internal teams to build customized corporate proposals and programs.Account Management
Manage relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure high engagement and retention.Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for key accounts.Resolve partner queries, ensure smooth onboarding, and provide after-sales support.Outreach & Networking
Represent EazyDiner at corporate events, HR forums, and networking platforms.Conduct presentations, demos, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.Build partnerships with corporate influencers, co-working spaces, real estate groups, and business associations.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for campaigns, collateral, and reporting.Work closely with restaurant partnerships teams to fulfill corporate requirements.Skills & Competencies :
Strong B2B sales and corporate partnerships experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.High negotiation ability and stakeholder management experience.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to strategize and manage large accounts.Networking strength across corporate and professional circles.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).4–8 years of experience in corporate sales, enterprise partnerships, or B2B business development.Experience in hospitality, dining, fintech, HR tech, or corporate engagement domains is a plus.What We Offer :
