About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Specialist to drive our go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution.

This role requires a professional with proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or manufacturing, who can translate complex technical solutions into impactful, customer-focused messaging that drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer insights, and market research to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and content teams for aligned execution.
  • Support demand generation programs and track campaign performance metrics.
  • Manage product lifecycle marketing, including updates, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Deliver impactful marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Train and enable the sales team with tools, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Successful and timely execution of product launches.

  • Measurable improvements in customer engagement and campaign Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.
  • Skillset Required

  • Strong B2B product marketing experience (preferably in tech / manufacturing).
  • Proven expertise in product lifecycle marketing and GTM execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create impactful marketing content and messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
