About the Role

This role is positioned within the Facilities Management (FM) vertical of one of Sodexo’s key segments . As a strategic advisor and relationship manager, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with business and group objectives. The HRBP partners with business leaders to drive talent development, support organizational growth, and ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and client management—especially during new contract acquisitions and ongoing operations.

Role requires frequent travel across India to support business operations and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• People Strategy & Talent Development - Lead the design and execution of the people agenda for the FM vertical.
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development, and leadership pipeline building.
• Identify critical roles and high-potential talent;

support development andcalibration processes with clear timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
