What You’ll Do :

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales & support roles

✅ Drive HR operations – payroll, compliance, documentation

✅ Build a positive, engaging workplace culture

✅ Manage employee relations & performance reviews

✅ Partner with leadership to shape HR strategy

What We’re Looking For :

6–10 years of HR experience (at least 3 in a managerial role)

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR best practices

Experience in real estate / sales-driven industries is a plus

Excellent communication & people management skills
