The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing evaluating and hiring top-tier candidates across various roles. As a Recruiter at Corporate Resources you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our companys success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and Candidate Outreach :

Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.

Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural alignment with the company.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.

Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation as needed.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
