Backend Developer - Java Technologies

Job Description :

We are looking for a systems-driven and performance-focused Technical Lead / SDE-3 to build and scale the core backend infrastructure of a fixed-income investment platform. You will be responsible for designing distributed systems, writing high-performance code in Go or Java, and ensuring platform reliability through strong monitoring and CI / CD practices. This role is critical to delivering a secure, scalable, and seamless experience for our users as we grow rapidly in the fintech space.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable, distributed backend systems to power our investment products and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code in Go and / or Java following best practices in modularity and maintainability.
• Own the end-to-end backend lifecycle from system design to deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Build robust infrastructure using AWS cloud services (e. g., EC2 RDS, Lambda, S3 SQS).
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
• Monitor performance and system health using open-source observability tools such as

Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Alert manager.
