Overview of Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to support our growing partnership function. This role will primarily involve reviewing and negotiating a variety of partner and client agreements, with a strong focus on ensuring back-to-back alignment between Google's Solution Agreement and end- client contracts flowing down applicable terms where required. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders including the Partnerships, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure risk is managed appropriately and contractual obligations are aligned across agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner & Client Contract Support Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to Google partnership transactions, subcontracting arrangements, solution resale, and end-client agreements.
• Ensure contracts are properly aligned and terms are flowed down accurately from Google Solution Agreements to end customer contracts and service providers.
• Back-to-Back Alignment Conduct thorough reviews of Google's standard agreements and client contracts to ensure consistent obligations, especially around data privacy, indemnity, IP, and liability.
• Legal Risk Management Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies while balancing business objectives and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
