Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in talent management, or social media (talent management agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for content creation and understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, PPT, and campaign reporting.
• A proactive, people-first approach with problem-solving ability.

Additional Information

Talent Coordination : Assist in managing day-to-day communication between talent and brands / agencies.
