Location : Onsite Deployment (Client Office in Mumbai)

Languages : English, Marathi & Hindi (Fluency required)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with expertise in managing social platforms. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies, handling paid media campaigns in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Coordinating with the client and planning content calendar on a bi-weekly basis
- Should be able to shoot photos and videos of events on a daily basis and coordinate with the off site to churn out content
- Should be able to write own copies for quick sharing on social media platforms
- Plan and monitor paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Twitter / X).
- Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, videos).
- Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Coordination of making press releases and dissemination
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field.3–4 years of relevant work experience in social media managementExcellent command in Marathi is a mustStrong command of English, Marathi & Hindi (drafting & communication).Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).Understanding of paid media planning and optimization.Key Attributes
Creative, detail-oriented & proactive.Strong drafting / editing skills with multilingual command.Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.Team player with collaborative approach.
