An Order Support Specialist plays a critical role in Aheads Opportunity to Cash process. They will be responsible for tracking the status of orders with our vendors and distributors and gathering critical information for our customers regarding delivery of procured goods. An OSS will work with Aheads Client Operation Specialis and Procurement and Logistics specialists to update, escalate and inform sales, finance and the customer with information such as shipping details, tracking information, and Proof of Deliveries. This information will be accessed through various vendor portals and tracking tools and email inquiries. The information will then need to be populated into specific objects and fields in SFDC.
