Inside Sales Specialist
who thrives on driving conversations, uncovering opportunities, and building high-value enterprise pipelines. This is not just a lead generation role — it’s a
consultative sales function
for someone who understands how AI and business applications transform organizations.
About the Role
You’ll be the
frontline voice
of Recrivio’s AI Business Solutions team — responsible for engaging decision-makers across industries, understanding their transformation goals, and creating qualified opportunities for our enterprise solution consultants.
You’ll combine your understanding of business applications, cloud ecosystems, and AI trends to craft intelligent outreach strategies and accelerate Recrivio’s growth in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
outbound prospecting
across mid-market and enterprise accounts using a mix of calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Research and identify target accounts, map decision-makers, and understand business priorities in
IT, Cloud, Operations, and Transformation
functions.
Conduct consultative conversations to uncover
CRM, ERP, or process automation needs
aligned to Recrivio’s Microsoft Cloud offerings.
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality discovery calls, demos, or workshops with the enterprise sales and solution teams.
Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound and campaign-generated leads into qualified pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and track engagement metrics, conversion ratios, and opportunity progress.
Share insights on
market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning
to strengthen go-to-market strategies.
Support the overall sales process by preparing solution briefs, follow-up proposals, and engagement summaries.
What You Bring
2–6 years
of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Business Development roles within
IT services, SaaS, or Cloud / ERP / CRM
domains.
Exposure to
Microsoft Cloud, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Low-Code
technologies is a strong plus.
Understanding of
AI-led digital transformation
and its business impact.
Proven track record of generating qualified enterprise pipeline and exceeding outreach KPIs.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and objection-handling skills.
Proficiency with sales tools such as
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Outreach
