Job descriptionExpertise in MicroStrategy Desktop and Web, including Dossiers, Reports, and Visual Insight. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). Experience in ETL tools and data integration processes. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, and dashboards to support analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Develop ETL processes and data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
- Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of BI solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for MicroStrategy applications, including data connectivity issues and report errors.
- Document BI solutions, including technical specifications, data mappings, and user guides.
- Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to implement best practices in BI development.
- Keep updated with the latest MicroStrategy features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
