Role Overview :

We are seeking motivated IT Operations professionals with a strong background in network and infrastructure management. The role will involve supporting enterprise-level systems, ensuring uptime, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with technology infrastructure requirements for a leading client in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support IT network and infrastructure operations.
• Monitor systems performance and ensure availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network / infrastructure issues.
• Work collaboratively with onsite teams to maintain service standards.
• Follow security protocols and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure tools, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and BFSI domain exposure is a plus.
