Key Responsibilities include :
Empanelling & Managing Channel Partners viz. Mutual Fund Distributors / Boutique Wealth Management Firms / Ex Private Bankers who have started their own practice, etc.
Engaging and scaling relationships with wealth managers from assigned Key Institutional Partnerships.
Promoting the entire suite of offshore investments ideas like ETFs / Stocks / Bonds / Mutual Funds / Institutional Funds / Structured Notes / PE VC Funds / Private Markets through Kristal A.I Platform.
Address channel partner / client queries on existing portfolio investments and create portfolios in sync with their requirements.
Design, implement and monitor business development strategies to appoint new channel partners and review their progress monthly.
Provide end to end solutions to family office / institutional / partners’ clients with the objective of building and retaining AUM on the platform through the managed channels.
Organize regular channel partner meets. Working in tandem with product & business lines to deliver assigned business objectives.
Establishing Kristal.AI as a strong household brand with respect to offshore & international investing.
Performance assessment KRAs may include gross sales, net sales, newly funded clients, net revenue, etc.
Skills required for this role include :
Commerce / Finance Graduate degree is a must. Post-Graduation is preferred.
Sound knowledge of capital markets and financial products / solutions.
Must have handled institutional / channel sales in the last 2-3 years of their career in Mumbai.
Strong business & sales skills.
