Job Opening : Company Secretary (5 Years+ Experience of working with Listed Company).

Location : Sion, Mumbai.

Job Description :

In.Corp Advisory Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with a keen interest in corporate law and SEBI compliances and worked for listed company.

The candidate will be responsible for handling various legal and compliance matters of listed companies including but not limited to : .

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 , listing regulations, PIT regulations and other regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with regulatory authorities including SEBI, stock exchanges, RoC, RBI and depositories.
• Handle corporate governance matters of listing regulations.
• Draft and review resolutions, notices, minutes of meetings, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and key stakeholders.
