Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in New Delhi, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home options. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyze web performance metrics, and lead efforts to generate customer leads. The role involves creating and implementing data-driven strategies across digital channels to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies
• Solid experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing techniques
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to measure campaign performance and efficiency
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work model (combining office-based and remote work)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is an added advantage
