A. Job Objective
- Building a stronger brand presence to help drive growth, enhance our brand image, and create an impact in the focus markets through impactful, targeted lead generation campaigns and other marketing activities.
B. Primary responsibilities
Strategic and Planning
Account management of respective vertical in terms of supporting the businesses with relevant marketing campaigns and collateralsPlanning annual calendar of marketing activities including product campaigns with lead targets, execution plan and the annual budgetFunctional
Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key vertical product / s & services, use integrated marketing channels effectively and achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified leads.Ensure each campaign has clear metrics are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with pre-decided goals.Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Events, Brand & Design, International and Regional offices, Content and Media / PR leads.Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget, deliver campaign activity results through regular presentations and distribute learning for future campaigns.Brief external agencies including creative, digital and media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity against brief and oversee implementation.Keep abreast of current trends in campaign marketing through research, competitor mapping etc.C. Minimum Requirement
Level of Education - B. Pharma / M. Pharma along with an MBA in Marketing.
Experience - 5-7 years of proven experience in managing and successfully implementing marketing campaigns using a mix of integrated marketing tools
Desired - M. Pharma + MBA along with an MBA in Marketing would be desired. Experience in B2B marketing / manufacturing will be an added advantage
