Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also includes conducting targeted outreach campaigns, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic and goal-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology or AI industry is an advantage
