Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud Architect - PAN India

Responsibilities

Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical specifications while adhering to Salesforce best practices

Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify current gaps and challenges and gather requirements

Present solutions to business stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and trade-offs of different approaches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the integration process to ensure seamless implementation of Requirements.

Provide guidance to the development team, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to the design and conduct functional walkthroughs.

Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with product owners on the project

Build user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure accurate and complete understanding of requirements

Create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

At least 10+ years of experience in a leading role in Salesforce projects, 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.

Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Sales / Service Cloud and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around / develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time.

Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design / build with sufficient control in place.
