Job Overview : _

Project Coordinator

Location : Chennai

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

Salary : ₹ 25,000 – ₹35,000

We are seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to manage both on-site operations and office-based project documentation. The role involves cost planning, vendor co-ordination, progress tracking, and ensuring project execution

within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities : -

Review drawings and prepare quantity / cost estimates.

Analyze material and labour costs; maintain budget control.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Prepare reports, budgets, and schedules ( Gantt charts ).

Monitor site progress and update any design or budget changes.

Maintain accurate project accounts and documentation.

Qualifications : -

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Construction-related field.

3 – 5 years of relevant project coordination experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office, Excel and project management tools.

Ability to manage both on - site and Office responsibilities efficiently.
