Cluster Manager in Life Insurance (High Salary)

A Cluster Manager - Banca Channel at Life Insurance leads a sales team to drive life insurance business exclusively through a cluster of designated bank branches. It's a key leadership role combining sales strategy, team management, and critical partnership management.

Responsibilities : : -

• Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure high team productivity and low attrition.
• Business Growth : Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned bank cluster. Monitor performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met across all product lines (protection, savings, etc.).
• Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with bank Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, and staff. Ensure smooth coordination, facilitate joint calls, and resolve operational issues to leverage the bank's customer base effectively.
• Compliance & Training : Ensure the sales process strictly adheres to regulatory guidelines and company compliance standards. Conduct regular product training and upskilling for both the insurance team and bank employees.
