Low-Latency Systems Developer

Job descriptionBuild and maintain high-performance, low-latency backend services using Rust Design scalable microservices that power trading, portfolio, advisory, and analytics features Work with product & founders to convert trading workflows into fast & reliable systems Integrate with third-party broker APIs & market data providers Write clean, tested, documented code with a strong focus on performance Optimize for concurrency, memory safety, and high throughput Work closely with DevOps to deploy and monitor Rust services in production Contribute to building our internal service frameworks and tooling 2–5 years of backend engineering experience Strong experience with Rust (Tokio, Actix, Axum, or async Rust) Deep understanding of : Concurrency Memory management Async runtimes Distributed systems Experience building microservices or event-driven systems Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (Postgres is a plus) Good understanding of caching, queues, and WebSockets Bonus if you’ve worked in fintech, trading, or high-frequency / real-time systems Bonus if you’ve used Kafka, Redis, NATS, or message brokers
