Experience- 7-10years

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Extensive experience with AS / 400 development and support, including strong knowledge of RPGLE
• Experienced in providing Support and Maintenance on existing RPGLE / RPG400 / SQLRPGLE based applications.
• Proven experience in L2, and L3 application support, including production support management processes.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and debug production issues

Good-to-Have

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Handle Level 2 (L2) support, including issue resolution, analyzing and debugging for existing AS400 applications.

2 Analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.

3 Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4 Co-ordinate with stakeholders as and when needed for resolving incident and ensure they are resolved in given time.
