Responsible for : Hotels Back Office Application Maintenance and Support primarily Loyalty and CRM.
Activities
Application maintenance of Hotels back office systems primarily Loyalty and CRM in close coordination with the partners.
Provide effective end user support.
Ensure compliance to IT governance processes for these applications as applicable.
Good knowledge of API's based integrations, SQL Server and Oracle databases is preferred.
Prior experience with Loyalty and CRM solutions like Oracle CX etc.
MIS reporting wherever necessary.
Ability to execute assigned projects by interacting with various teams / stakeholders (incl. vendors).
Qualifications
B.E. (Comp Sc. Or equivalent) or B.Tech. or MCA
8-10 years' experience in application maintenance & support.
Experience with Loyalty,CRM solutions is preferred
Knowledge of SQL Server and / or Oracle will be an advantage
