Position : Manager – Sales & Marketing
Industry : Masterbatch / Polymers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned region.
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with B2B customers in plastics manufacturing, raffia, non-woven, injection molding, packaging, etc.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer need to capture new opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent support and service.
- Assess and monitor client reputation and creditworthiness through continuous market feedback.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional manner, ensuring punctual fund collection without disturbing client relationships.
- Continuously track clients’ financial situations through market intelligence to minimize risk.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. (Polymer / Chemical Industry background preferred)5+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Polymers / Masterbatch / Plastic industry).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Financial awareness with ability to analyze client credibility and manage payment collection tactfully.Willingness to travel across assigned region.Proven ability to meet targets and grow markets.What We Offer
