We’re looking for a Zoho Implementation Consultant to oversee partner agencies , ensure strategic alignment , and guarantee on-time, high-quality execution across all Zoho applications.

Role Overview

You’ll act as the bridge between Clean Fanatics and Zoho partner agencies , making sure every automation, workflow, and integration is :

✅ aligned with business goals

✅ implemented efficiently

✅ delivered on schedule

✅ using the best practices within Zoho’s ecosystem.

Your focus will be on monitoring progress, validating outcomes , and ensuring every Zoho module functions seamlessly to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Zoho implementation roadmap across CRM, Flow, Books, Creator, and Analytics.
• Act as the single point of contact for all Zoho partner agencies.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for agencies.
• Review agency proposals and ensure optimal technical approaches are chosen.
• Monitor development progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time, quality delivery .
• Review completed modules to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability .
• Identify inefficiencies or misalignments and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain a live tracker of all tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Conduct internal reviews and demos to validate readiness before go-live.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership with progress, risks, and improvement suggestions.
