Role & responsibilities :
- Drive business growth by acquiring and managing customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and support branch operations in the Theni & Dindigul locations.
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in Theni and Dindigul. Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries and support.
- Sales and Promotion : Identify new business opportunities while promoting and selling [specific products / services] to both existing and prospective clients.
- Customer Account Management : Oversee client accounts to ensure their needs are being met, address concerns, and look for opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling.
- Tailored Solutions : Collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives.
Preferred candidate profile : Male Candidate Prefered & Candidate should be Graduate.
