Chief Technology Officer Leader for Next-Generation SaaS Platforms

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to mentor and guide the development of our next-generation Vendor Management System (VMS) and Contingent Workforce Management Platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading global-scale software engineering, architecture, data engineering, performance, and delivery management across PHP / Laravel-based SaaS architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the platform.
• Architect and guide the evolution of a scalable, modular, and maintainable PHP / Laravel-based global SaaS solution.
• Lead architectural modernization efforts, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices adoption, and API-first design.
• Oversee multi-region data residency, GDPR compliance, and data partitioning strategies across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
• Design and manage multi-currency, multi-language, and localization frameworks across organizational hierarchies and workflows.
