A Cluster Manager - Banca Channel at Life Insurance leads a sales team to drive life insurance business exclusively through a cluster of designated bank branches. It's a key leadership role combining sales strategy, team management, and critical partnership management.
Responsibilities : : -
- Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure high team productivity and low attrition.
- Business Growth : Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned bank cluster. Monitor performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met across all product lines (protection, savings, etc.).
- Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with bank Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, and staff. Ensure smooth coordination, facilitate joint calls, and resolve operational issues to leverage the bank's customer base effectively.
- Compliance & Training : Ensure the sales process strictly adheres to regulatory guidelines and company compliance standards . Conduct regular product training and upskilling for both the insurance team and bank employees.
Candidate Profile : : -
Typically 4-8 years of experience in Life Insurance, with a mandatory minimum of 2-3 years in team handling within the Bancassurance channel .Experience should primarily be from the Life Insurance industry, preferably in Bancassurance or other similar alternate / direct channels / Agency ChannelBachelor's degree is mandatoryStable career history and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a team-handling role.Info : : avanik@tekpillar / 8200421048
