Product Manager, Associate

Summary :

We are looking for a driven individual to join our core Product Management team of Infor s Technology Platform, called Infor OS. Candidate will be responsible for product management of API integration strategy, API Gateway and Cloud based API building platform called Backend as a Service.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements across various internal and external stake holders, by establishing relationships with them and drive adoption. They will be working with industry analysts and customers to understand latest API technology trends and work with the seniors in forging product vision and direction for the future. They will ensure that the vision is well defined to the detailed level and pair up with engineering in realizing the same. They will be also responsible for releasing the product in periodic intervals and ensuring that the product passes the stringent release control process. Subsequently they will be responsible for enabling and educating he field facing professionals of Infor, Partners and Customers with the new feature launches.

• Entrepreneurial drive to Self-start initiative and work with internal and external customers. A real spider in the web with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to articulate complex topics to a large audience.
• Works independently on large and / or complex technical projects
• Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
• Exercises sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Provide input to business cases to realise the requirements.
• Comfortable with hands-on working and giving demos on the product.
• Own the product enablement / trainings
