Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager – Sales & Service, based in Jalandhar.
The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing key relationships with architects, builders, and dealers across Punjab. The role requires a balance of strategic business development, team coordination, and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and channel sales.
Conduct a minimum of 4 client or architect meetings per day to drive consistent pipeline growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners in the region.
Identify and develop new project opportunities in residential and commercial segments.
Oversee after-sales service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
Monitor and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM (Asana / internal tools).
Collaborate with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Represent the Lumani–Schüco brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge in every interaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in premium doors, windows, façades, kitchens, or wardrobes industry.
Strong relationships with architects, builders, and high-end developers in Punjab.
Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve monthly sales of ₹3–5 Cr or more.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Highly disciplined, target-driven, and self-motivated professional.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience using CRM and data-driven sales tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce).
Must own a four-wheeler and be open to regular travel across Punjab.
