Role Overview :

We’re looking for a passionate Sales Executive who can connect with families, understand their eldercare needs, and guide them to the right solutions offered by ElderBliss Care. This is a consultative role that requires empathy, patience, and a strong ability to build trust over a phone call.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospects who’ve shown interest in our services
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate eldercare plans and services
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with operations and field teams for service delivery follow-ups
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and revenue targets
  • Provide detailed product / service information and address client queries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up logs

What We’re Looking For :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
  • Strong listening skills and empathy-driven approach
  • Previous experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of healthcare or eldercare is an added advantage
  • Good with CRM tools, follow-ups, and managing call volumes
