Overview :
The Associate Co-ordinator / Co-ordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and controlling programs within the Section. They will coordinate various program activities, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of program aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
Responsibilities :
To Plan, execute, and control programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Develop detailed program plans, collaborate with leads, and identify potential risks.Lead teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with program timelines.Collaborate with potential stakeholders, and represent TEACH in events.Allocate resources efficiently, recruit and manage staff, and ensure availability of materials.Establish monitoring mechanisms, conduct assessments, and use data for informed decision-making.Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and communicate progress transparently.Prepare regular reports on status, operational metrics, and submit them to relevant authorities.Identify training needs, facilitate capacity-building initiatives, and foster a learning environment within the team.Requirements :
Master's degree (e.g., MBA, Master in Education) required.Proven educational sector Program Management experience.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Commitment to the organization's mission and values.Benefits :
