JD :

Lead the implementation of end-to-end production-grade CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Implement containerized deployments on AKS and VM, including blue-green and rolling release strategies

Implement robust DevSecOps practices, integrating security scanning and compliance checks into the pipelines

Integrate Terraform-based IaC provisioning, security scanning (SAST / DAST), and quality gates into automated workflows.

Define reusable workflow templates, secrets management, and environment-specific deployment configurations.

Implement GitOps-based deployment automation for microservices running on Kubernetes environments.

Collaborate with product, QA, and SRE teams to ensure observability, rollback automation, and disaster recovery readiness.

Troubleshoot and optimize build failures, artifact management, and environment setup.

Mentor junior DevOps engineers, conduct reviews, and enforce pipeline best practices and security controls.

Mandatory skills

5-6 years’ experience of designing and developing GitHub Actions–based CI / CD pipelines at scale.

Proven experience implementing approval workflows, release orchestration, and multi-environment promotion.

Strong understanding of pipeline stages — build, test, scan, package, deploy, and promote.

Hands-on experience integrating Terraform execution and validation within GitHub workflows.

Familiarity with artifact versioning, branching strategies, and environment-based promotions (Dev → QA → Prod).

Hands-on experience with Docker (image creation, tagging, scanning, publishing) and Kubernetes deployments using AKS

Exposure to Azure cloud platform and related services for deploying and managing CI / CD workloads.
