About the Role :
As a DevOps Support Engineer at LotusFlare, you’ll ensure our services run smoothly by monitoring systems, handling incidents, and testing code for quality. You’ll collaborate with exceptional engineers on products used by millions.
While prior DevOps / SRE experience is valuable, your problem-solving mindset and ability to grow are what truly matter.
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring backend services (cloud-based infrastructure)
- Supporting, troubleshooting, and investigating issues and incidents (support developers and infra team with system metrics analysis, logs, traffic, configuration, deployment changes, etc)
- Supporting and improving monitoring / alerting systems (Searching, testing, deploying new functionality for existing tools)
- Creating new features for automating troubleshooting and investigation process
- Creating new tools to improve the support process
- Drafting reports and summarizing information after investigations and incidents
Qualifications :
At least 2 year of work experience with similar responsibilitiesRequired Skills :
Strong knowledge and practical experience in working with the Linux (Ubuntu) command-line / administrationUnderstanding of network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP / IP, UDP)Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)Critical thinking and problem solvingUnderstanding of containerization (Docker, container)Experience with troubleshooting API driven servicesExperience with KubernetesExperience with GitBackground in release management processesEnglish -Professional written and verbal skillsPreferred Skills :
