HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations, Policy Implementation, Compliance, and Office Administration. Prior experience in the Electrical / Electronics industry will be an added advantage.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including  sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding .
• Develop effective  recruitment strategies  to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand  manpower and hiring needs .
