Job Title : Real Estate Sales Executive
Experience : Previous experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
Salary : Fixed + Incentives (Depends on interview & performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for property sales (residential / commercial / land etc.)
- Meet prospective buyers, understand their requirements, show properties, and close sales
- Keep updated with market trends, property valuations, zoning, RERA rules etc.
- Negotiate deals and ensure documentation and legal compliance
- Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
- Prepare sales reports, projections, and follow up on leads
