PMS Sales Head
The PMS Sales Head will be responsible for revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and book expansion, while also providing strategic inputs to strengthen position in the PMS market.
Key Development & AUM Growth
- Drive new client acquisition to achieve PMS AUM and revenue targets.
- Leverage an existing and transferable client book to ensure immediate business contribution.
- Identify and onboard new HNI, UHNI, and family office clients through direct and channel relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
Client Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing tailored PMS investment solutions.Maintain regular communication and reporting to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Strengthen long-term relationships through performance reviews, portfolio discussions, and proactive & Partner DevelopmentCollaborate with wealth managers, IFAs, and distribution partners to expand reach and generate PMS leads.Conduct product training and presentations for partners and internal teams.Ensure smooth coordination between partners, operations, and compliance Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory developments in the PMS industry.Provide actionable insights to leadership for product and pricing improvements.Contribute to marketing initiatives, brand visibility, and product & ComplianceTrack AUM inflows / outflows, client onboarding progress, and revenue metrics.Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal guidelines across all client interactions and documentation.Maintain accurate MIS and provide periodic business performance & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Wealth Management 8 to 14 years of relevant experience in PMS, AIF, or Wealth Management Proven ability to mobilise and manage independent AUM (non-negotiable).Strong track record of client acquisition and relationship management within the HNI / UHNI segment.Skills & Attributes Required :
