Technical Skills Required :

10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the engagements like implementation / Development for leading global clients and supported technical activities for the different modules / function areas

• System Configuration and Administration
• Data Management and Segmentation
• Campaign Development and Execution
• Integration and Automation
• Troubleshooting and Support
• Training and Documentation
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency
• Good hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud related components
• Good exposure in migrating the data to Cloud and configuration
• Understand business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
• Lead architecture discussions as the technical representative / owner.
• Prepare Technical design documents High Level Designdocuments and Low Level Design Documents
• Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces / integrations / technical components with multiple other ERP systems
