CPQ Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and solution-oriented CPQ Developer to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex product configurations and pricing models on Logik, which is now part of the ServiceNow family.

While experience with Logik.io is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are looking for CPQ experts from any major ecosystem (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Conga/Apttus) who possess a deep "under-the-hood" understanding of how configuration engines work. We will provide full training on the Logik and the wider ServiceNow platform to help you become a well-rounded CPQ developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable product models, utilising nested bundles, attribute-based configuration, and constraint rules.
• Logic Development: Write and maintain advanced logic, formulas, and scripts to handle sophisticated pricing requirements (e.g., volume discounting, proration, and multi-dimensional quoting).
• Platform Integration: Collaborate with CRM and ERP teams to ensure seamless data flow from the configuration engine to downstream systems for order fulfilment.
• Optimisation: Audit and refactor existing configuration rules to improve system performance and the end-user sales experience.
• Testing & QA: Perform rigorous unit testing and regression testing to ensure 100% accuracy in quote outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At impactron, we value your deep understanding of the CPQ domain. Whether you come from Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), SAP Variant Configuration, or Conga/Apptus, we value your ability to solve complex puzzles.

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Developer or Senior Configurator within a mainstream CPQ platform.
• Technical: Strong proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting languages such as Apex, BML, etc.
• A deep understanding of Boolean Logic and relational data structures.
• Experience with APIs and how CPQ engines communicate with external systems.
• Business Intelligence: You don’t just build what’s requested; you understand the "why" behind sales cycles, margin protections, and product dependencies.
• Adaptability: A desire to move beyond "legacy" CPQ constraints and learn next-generation, headless configuration tools, powered by AI.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, or enterprise pricing models
• Exposure to billing, subscription management, or revenue recognition systems
• Background in manufacturing, SaaS, telecom, or complex product environments
• Prior experience working in fast-scaling product teams
