About the role

Own day-to-day acquisition across Meta and Google—from campaign builds and creative testing to measurement and optimization. Your north stars : efficient paid signups and scalable learnings.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (IG / FB) & Google (Search / YouTube / Display) for conversions.
• Build full-funnel structures (prospecting, remarketing, retention) with audiences / LALs / RLSA.
• Run structured A / B tests on hooks, formats, offers; iterate fast on winners.
• Maintain tracking hygiene : GA4, GTM, UTMs, Meta CAPI, Google conversions.
• Monitor & improve CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, 7-day activation.
• Partner with content / design for ad briefs; with product for LP experiments.
• Report weekly with insights and budget reallocation recommendations.
• Support allowlisted / Collab Ads with creators when needed.
