Job descriptionOptimize SAP solutions for manufacturing processes such as production planning, inventory management, and supply chain management. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Provide technical leadership in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, including SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, PS, and analytics tools like Data Lake and Tableau. Ensure best practices in SAP implementation and customization. Hands-on experience with integration of third-party business applications, BASIS, and GRC. Manage and oversee the integration of SAP with other systems and applications. Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and functional experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Recruit, train, and manage team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. 6. Stakeholder Management : Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure project goals are met. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and technical standards. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within manufacturing operations using SAP. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency. 10-12 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a lead role within the manufacturing industry. Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and its implementation in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their integration with SAP. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
