JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a results-driven IT Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and Agile / Waterfall methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple teams and geographies
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Track progress through regular reporting and communication with leadership
