Job descriptionLocations - Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon Experience : 8+ Years Notice period –Immediate Job Description – Business Analyst + Digital Transformation + Global Banking 7+ years of experienc e as a Business Analyst Must have prior experience working on digital transformatio n programmes in Banking Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jir a .Should be able to ask the right question s to elicit and validate business requirements effectively .Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas : Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authenticatio n .Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Manager s constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcome s .Experience working in Agile delivery environment s, with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams .Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed
